Peergroup.tools is transforming the way peer groups are managed and run—evolving from a simple coordination tool into a comprehensive digital operating system for world-class peer groups
Driven by the inefficiencies inherent in manual peer group management, including time-consuming scheduling, communication, and engagement tracking, a new solution was conceived. The founders, experienced peer group leaders, aimed to create a technology platform that alleviates logistical burdens and improves the overall peer group experience. With support from Common Forge Ventures, the platform, known as Peer Group Tools (PGT), is currently undergoing active development. The focus is on refining the core product and establishing product-market fit prior to its launch as an independent company.
Running a peer group shouldn’t be a headache, but too often, it is. Organizers juggle scheduling conflicts, struggle to keep members engaged, and spend hours on follow-ups—leaving little time for meaningful conversations. Without a central hub for resources, exercises, and meeting insights, moderators get bogged down in admin work instead of focusing on building a great experience. These inefficiencies make it harder to sustain engagement and unlock the full potential of peer groups.
A smarter, automated system that simplifies management and helps peer groups thrive. Over time, we have built and refined:
Smart Calendaring: A centralized scheduling system that syncs with all members' calendars, reducing conflicts and saving time.
Effortless Execution: A single hub with all the tools needed to manage and run a world-class peer group experience.
Automated Engagement: Timely reminders and task automation to keep members involved and prepared for every session.
Dynamic Content Library: A growing database of exercises, discussion prompts, and best practices to elevate meetings.
Group Health: Real-time tracking of attendance, engagement, and group effectiveness through surveys and ratings.
Through branding, UI/UX design, and custom development, we’ve built PGT into a scalable platform that can support peer groups of all sizes, from executive masterminds to association-led groups.
Common Forge Ventures has developed a fully-functional application for Peer Group Tools, gathering valuable early adopter feedback and actively validating product-market fit for long-term scalability. This positions the platform for an independent launch, empowering peer group leaders to focus on meaningful connections and driving transformational growth.
